David Segrera focuses his practice on corporate, real estate and international transactional matters. His broad corporate experience includes mergers and acquisitions, private equity and securities law. David has represented both privately held and publicly traded companies in connection with their strategic business initiatives, including various corporate governance and contract negotiation matters. He has worked with buyers and sellers of businesses in many industries in connection with their M&A deals.

He has extensive experience preparing corporate agreements related to clients’ business operations. In addition, David coordinates the formation and incorporation of domestic and foreign companies and provides guidance on relevant business law and regulatory compliance matters. Fluent in Spanish and conversational French, he has counseled various companies regarding cross-border transactions and the establishment of subsidiaries and business activities in the U.S. David is also accustomed to assisting clients with the acquisition, sale and financing of residential and commercial real estate and compliance with FIRPTA matters.
