Job Overview
We are seeking a transactional real estate attorney with extensive experience across commercial real estate, luxury residential, hospitality, and mixed-use transactions. The candidate must have large law firm training and experience, be a strategic and analytical thinker, and have high attention to detail. A partial book of business is required.

Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and negotiate purchase and sale agreements, commercial leases, hotel management and franchise agreements, construction contracts, loan documents, and other real estate transaction documents.
- Advise owners, purchasers, sellers, lenders, and developers on acquisitions, dispositions, financings, leasing, construction, and development across commercial, residential, hospitality, and mixed-use projects.
- Act as a trusted advisor and leader to handle transactions and projects from start to finish.
- Coordinate with title companies, surveyors, environmental consultants, and local counsel on transaction due diligence.
- Lead and manage multiple transactions and matters simultaneously, ensuring that all deadlines and client expectations are met, while delivering high-quality work product.
Qualifications
Education & Work Experience
- Juris Doctorate from a respected ABA accredited law school and admitted to and in good standing with the Florida state bar.
- At least 8+ years of experience (mid-level to senior attorney), including at least 5+ years of training and experience at a large or well-regarded law firm.
- Experience in transactional real estate, including commercial, residential, hospitality, and mixed-use matters.
- Partial book of business required.
Knowledge & Skills
