Josefina brings a unique combination of international law firm training and C-suite leadership experience. She has served as Chief Legal Officer for multinational technology and agribusiness companies, overseeing legal operations across more than 15 jurisdictions throughout the Americas. In those roles, she led acquisition strategy and integration, structured cross-border investments, negotiated high-value commercial agreements, and advised executive teams on regulatory compliance, risk management, and operational growth. At OCP Tech, she served as Chief Legal Officer during a period of rapid expansion, helping scale the company from an early-stage organization to operations in over a dozen countries across the Americas.
Her experience spans technology (including high-growth tech platforms), energy, infrastructure, agriculture, and real estate, where she has supported both strategic transactions and operational scale-ups in international markets. She regularly advises businesses expanding into new markets, executing strategic transactions across borders.
Fluent in English and Spanish, Josefina serves as a key resource for Latin American companies seeking U.S. market entry and strategic expansion, as well as U.S.-based companies operating or investing throughout LATAM.
