Our firm is pleased to announce that senior counsel Josefina Eizayaga has joined our Corporate Practice, further strengthening our cross-border capabilities throughout the Americas.

Josefina brings more than 15 years of experience advising companies and investors across the United States and Latin America in mergers and acquisitions, private equity transactions, corporate governance, and international expansion strategy. She previously served as Chief Legal Officer for multinational technology and agribusiness companies, leading legal operations across more than 15 jurisdictions and supporting significant cross-border growth initiatives.

Her addition enhances the firm’s ability to serve Latin American companies seeking U.S. market entry and strategic expansion, as well as U.S.-based businesses operating or investing in LATAM.
